Richmond Town Council has taken over operation of the Annual Christmas Market rather than it not taking place.
It will be on a smaller scale with outdoor market stalls (organised by Little Bird Markets), a craft fair in The Town Hall run by Richmond Artisan Fairs and a stage with performers.
